Whether you can commit weekly or support in a flexible way, we’d love to learn how you’d like to serve.

Ways you can volunteer:

1) Become a Mentor (Career Guidance)
Help a student or young adult explore a career path, set goals, build confidence, and stay accountable—especially in:

Entrepreneurship & business

Medicine & health careers
-
Architecture & design
-
Construction & skilled trades

2) Become a Tutor (Academic Support)
Provide tutoring support in areas like:

Math & science
-
Writing & reading
-
Study skills and test preparation

Foundational coursework that supports career readiness

3) Lead a Workshop or Career Talk
Offer a one-time session on topics like:

Resume/LinkedIn basics

Interview prep

Financial literacy
-
College and career planning

Entrepreneurship fundamentals

4) Host a Shadowing Opportunity
If you’re a professional in one of our focus fields, invite participants to observe a day-in-the-life and learn what it takes to enter the industry.
